Treasurer’s Office

Our office is closed to the public, however staff are maintaining operations. Our hours of operation are currently 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Payments

Payments to our office may be mailed, made on-line (2.25% service fee for credit/debit transactions or a flat $2.50 fee for e-checks will be applied by the credit card processor), or payment may be dropped off to security to be placed in a locked drop box in the lobby. Payments dropped off to security should be in a sealed envelope with "Treasurer’s Office" written on the front. If you would like a receipt, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

Certificate of Residence

Students may submit completed applications to the County Treasurer’s Office by mail or they may drop off their application to security to be placed in a locked drop box in the lobby. Please include with your application a stamped, addressed envelope, so we can mail the Certificate of Residence to the correct location.

Students should complete the application by filling out the top portion, signing the application in front of a Notary Public, and having the Town Clerk/City Clerk (not County Clerk) in which they reside verify residency on the bottom of the form. Incomplete applications will be returned to the student.

Retiree Benefits
