The County Office Building will be begin to open by appointment, and we will be offering the following in-office services by appointment only:
Online Appointments: Now Available for the following
Title Search: Records Search in our office Monday- Friday 9:00 am-3:00 p.m. Visit time restricted to 3 Hour Maximum Per Week/ will need to make multiple one hour appointments to extend visit beyond an hour
Notary Services: Take Oaths & Process Renewals Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am–2:00 pm.
Appointments for the above services can be made online or by going to the Cayuga County Government website (cayugacounty.us) Search: * Department * County Clerk *Appointment
Recording and Filing Document Options:
- -Mail your documents to the office address (at above address)
- -Drop off your documents to the front of the building to security guards at the front door. You can request that we call you when your documents are ready to be picked up – please leave your phone number on your envelope.
- - Electronically file and record documents (as so many of you have during this pandemic).
I am very short-staffed due to the county furlough of employees, as well as the county not replacing vacancies and retirees. I appreciate your patience during this time of changes and challenges. I promise that we will all try our very best to get your work done in a timely manner.
