The Locke Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Oct. 26 at 7:00 P.M. at the Locke Town Hall. Jeremiah Wells is seeking a variance to install a 16'x56' single family manufactured home dwelling at 12104 State Rt. 90. The proposed project requires a variance from Local Law #2 of 2009 that requires a minimum of 980 square feet of habitable floor space.
