Cayuga County Clerk Sue Dwyer has expanded services and will now offer a new free tool to help home owners protect their property which is one of their most valuable assets.
With Fraud Alert, any Cayuga County resident can sign up to receive email alerts whenever a document, such as a deed or a mortgage, judgments, etc. is recorded in the Cayuga County Clerk’s Office under your name.
If you receive an alert that is concerning you can view the documents at the County Clerk’s Office at no charge, or you can view them online at www.searchiqs.com
