NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF A LOCAL LAW PURSUANT TO CANNABIS LAW § 131
OPTING OUT OF LICENSING AND ESTABLISHING RETAIL CANNABIS
DISPENSARIES AND ON-SITE CONSUMPTION ESTABLISHMENTS
WITHIN THE TOWN OF SENNETT
SUBJECT TO A PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Sennett, Cayuga County, New York, at a meeting held on December 16, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, located at 6931 Cherry Street Road, Auburn, New York, duly adopted, subject to a permissive referendum, a local law, an abstract of which is as follows. The full local law is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, 6931 Cherry Street Road, Auburn, New York, and is available for public inspection during regular business hours.

OPTING OUT OF LICENSING AND ESTABLISHING
RETAIL CANNABIS DISPENSARIES AND ON-SITE CONSUMPTION
ESTABLISHMENTS WITHIN THE TOWN OF SENNETT
This local law opts out of allowing retail cannabis dispensaries and on-site consumption establishments from locating and operating within the boundaries of the Town of Sennett.
SAID LOCAL LAW IS SUBJECT TO A PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM. Petitions for a referendum may be obtained from the Town Clerk and must be filed within forty-five (45) days of the Notice of this Adoption.
