[ARCHIVED] PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM- 2022 FORD F550 XL

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Niles Board passed a resolution at the April 8, 2021 regular board meeting for the replacement of the 2016 Ford F550 dump truck with a 2022 Ford F550 XL regular cab, 4x4, using the piggy back purchase off the Onondaga County Bid ONGOV-106-19 2022. The truck will be spec’ed the same as the 2016 with 6.7 diesel, automatic transmission, dump box, Western 9’6” V-Plow, JJAG wing, and 9’ Stryker sander. The purchase price is $85,988.79 with $80,000 coming out of the 2021 budget and the remaining $5,988.79 coming from the H2-230 (Capital Highway Equipment Reserve) account. The $5,988.79 coming from the reserve account is subject to a 30 day permissive referendum.
