County Clerk Sue Dwyer Offers Electronic Filing of Supreme Court Papers-Filing

On January 23, 2019, the County Clerk’s Office began accepting Electronic Filing (E-Filing) of Supreme Court papers. County Clerk Sue Dwyer said, “I am very excited about offering this convenient way of submitting Civil Supreme Court documents without having to leave your law office or your home. Through E-Filing, court documents can be submitted any time of day or night." Dwyer also said, “I worked with Judge Matthew Rosenbaum and the New York State Courts E-Filing (NYSCEF) staff. We greatly appreciated the training they provided to my office, and our vendor. In addition, NYSCEF also offered online E-Filing training to any interested party.”

NOTE: Three document types that are NOT included as E-Filings in Cayuga County are: Matrimonials, Consumer Credit Card Default Judgments, and Residential Foreclosures.
