[ARCHIVED] County Clerk Introduces a New Management System

IQS

In October of 2018, County Clerk Sue Dwyer and the Clerk’s Recording Office implemented a new records management system called Solutions. This system is offered through Info Quick Solutions (IQS), a company from Liverpool, New York who provides systems for a majority of New York State County Clerks, as well as County Clerks from several other states. Our competent staff went through months of training to learn the new system, and we also held training opportunities in our office to assist our customers. The new system has an extensive and user-friendly search program which makes it easier for title searchers, attorneys, real estate agents, and the public to easily find the information they are looking for. Solutions offers our customers the convenient option of searching our online records from home, or coming into the County Clerk’s office during regular business hours.
