When you receive your new assessment for the 2023 tax roll and you feel it is not correct you can talk with the assessor to try and come to a better assessment for your property.  In order to do so you will need to present comparable sales that you feel more appropriately represent your property.  If you would like to know how to do this, I will have a quick presentation at the Summerhill Town Hall on January 28 & February 18 at 11am.  If you are not able to make either presentation paperwork will be available at the town hall as of 1/21/2023.
