 Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board of the Town of Sterling will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday December 1, 2022 at 7:00 PM at the Sterling Town Hall, 1290 State Route 104A, Sterling, NY 13156.  An Application for a Modification of an approved Special Use Permit and Site Plan for Cayuga – Sterling Solar I, LLC and Cayuga – Sterling Solar II, LLC will be heard.  The Modification consists of the removal of Cayuga – Sterling Solar II, LLC and the slight relocation of Cayuga – Sterling Solar I, LLC on property located at 1253 State Route 104A, Sterling, NY 13156; Tax Map #10.00-1-56.211, #10.00-1-56-212 and #10.00-1-56.213.

        All those wishing to be heard in favor of or in opposition of said application may appear in person or by other representation at said time and place.
