Town of Sterling ZBA Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Sterling will reconvene to continue a previously tabled Public Hearing on Thursday June 16, 2022 at 7:00 PM at the Sterling Town Hall, 1290 State Route 104A, Sterling, NY 13156.  An Appeal of a Determination by the Sterling Code Enforcement Officer is made by Brian DiBernardo of Turtle Cove Resort & Marina, and will be heard regarding a parking area created within the public right-of-way on property located at 306 King Street, Sterling, NY 13156; Tax Map #11.00-1-1.


   All those wishing to be heard in favor of or in opposition of said application may appear in person or by other representation at said time and place.
