Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Sterling will hold Public Hearings on Thursday May 19, 2022 at 7:00 PM at the Sterling Town Hall, 1290 State Route 104A, Sterling, NY 13156.
1. A request for relief of Sterling Land Use Regulations Article 7-1, Table 1- Minimum side yard setback requirement will be heard in regards to a proposed 8.5’x39.5’ 5th wheel recreational vehicle on property located at 16258 Ontario Shores Drive, Sterling, NY 13156; Tax Map #2.06-2-91.
2. A request for relief of Sterling Land Use Regulations Article 7-1, Table 1- Minimum front yard setback requirement will be heard in regards to a proposed 24’x30’ storage building on property located at 16239 Irwin Road, Oswego, NY 13126; Tax Map #1.00-1-11.1.
3. A request for relief of Sterling Land Use Regulations Article 7-1, Table 1- Minimum side yard setback requirement will be heard in regards to a proposed 18’x60’ open pole barn structure to cover recreational vehicle on property located at 15595 Fire Lane 1, Sterling, NY 13156; Tax Map #3.16-1-7.2.
