A Public Hearing will be held in connection with the regular meeting of the Zoning Board of the Town of Cato which will be held on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at 8:00 PM at the Town of Cato Municipal Building, 11320 Short Cut Rd., Cato, NY to act on the following variance and/or a special permit. 1. Eric Bresee, 260 Fire Lane 17, to build a garage less than 80 feet from the center of the road and less than 15 feet from the property line. Tax Map # 53.14-1-40 and 53.14-1-41.
