In fact, staff of Cayuga County take advantage of GIS data, software, and hardware to create new hard copy maps every day.
Printed on Demand
A vast array of maps created by the County are stored digitally and may be printed on demand in a variety of sizes, formats, and colors. If you are looking for a map of any type covering any area of Cayuga County, please call the Department of Planning and Economic Development to inquire if one that meets your needs is available.
The staff would be happy to provide instructions on how to order maps that are currently available, or to discuss the possibility and cost of preparing a new map if that is feasible.
