Council of Senior Citizens/Senior Clubs

The Cayuga County Council of Senior Citizens was formed in 1973 to provide Senior Citizens a forum to express their common concerns and interests. The Council played an important role in bringing federal and state funding to Cayuga County to create our local Office for the Aging.

Today, the Council of Senior Citizens continues to provide this forum as well as to collect information and inform members on ways to take action that will improve the quality of life for all Senior Citizens in Cayuga County. The Council also oversees and provides support to all the Senior Citizen Clubs in Cayuga County.
