Installment Agreement

The Cayuga County Treasurer offers installment agreements to eligible owners for the payment of eligible delinquent real property taxes over a period of 24 months.

Terms & Conditions

  • ACH payment option is available, but not required, for monthly payments.
  • All delinquent taxes must be included in the agreement for all properties owned by the taxpayer.
  • Required minimum down payment of 10% of the total delinquent tax amount.
  • Required one-time filing fee of $10.
  • Taxpayers must remain current with all future taxes while in the agreement.
