Rentals and Reservations

Shelters are available to rent throughout Emerson Park. Please see the map for shelter locations. Pricing include grills, picnic tables, electric and water*.

Island Shelter: $550/day ($350 rental fee/$200 security deposit)

Conservation Shelter (accommodates 150ppl): $500/day ($300 rental fee/$200 security deposit)

Deauville Island (includes Island and Conservation Shelters): $1650/day ($1150 rental fee/$500 security deposit)

Boat Launch Shelter (accommodates 125ppl): $400/day ($200 rental fee/$200 security deposit)

Seawall Shelter- NO WATER* (accommodates 300ppl): $450/day ($250 rental fee/$200 security deposit)

Seawall Shelter BY ROW- NO WATER* (accommodates 50ppl/row): $75/day, no security deposit, 5 row max.
