Cayuga County Parks & Trails, the Cayuga County Planning and Economic Development Department and the Friends of the Sterling Nature Center have begun planning for a new Sterling Nature Center interpretive building that will provide an expanded location for high-quality educational experiences. The new facility will be an accessible gateway to the surrounding nature center property maximizing the incredibles views from the property and incorporating green technology to save on operational and maintenance costs.
