Clinic

The outpatient clinic program provides mental health treatment for individuals and families. The clinic utilizes a team approach to provide assessment, treatment, and support.

Services include individual, family, group therapy, psychiatric assessment, medication management, and health monitoring services.

Individuals eligible for services:

  • are currently residents of Cayuga County
  • have a mental health diagnosis with symptoms that are currently impacting functioning at home, work, school, or in the community
  • are able to participate in treatment
  • for minors under the age of 18, have permission of their parent/guardian

Billing

The Cayuga County Community Mental Health Center accepts Medicaid, Managed Medicaid, Medicare, and other private insurances. A sliding fee scale is also available.

We offer the convenience of accepting MasterCard, Discover, and Visa credit cards for mental health fees. The payment processing company charges a convenience fee of 2.45% or $3 minimum to cardholders who use this service. Just stop by or call our office to make a payment.
