The Town of Victory is located in Cayuga County between Rochester and Syracuse NY approximately 15 miles Northwest of NYS Thruway exit 40 (Weedsport).
From NYS Thruway exit 40, turn left on Rte 34 (North) to Cato NY. At Rte 370 turn left and follow Rte 370 into Victory NY.
