The minutes of the January 9, 2008 meeting were read.
It was moved by Claire and seconded by Penny that these minutes be approved as read. The motion passed.
It was moved by Claire and seconded by Paul that our every-other month regular meetings be held on the odd months. The motion passed.

It was moved by Paul and seconded by Claire that Ron be elected Chairman. The motion passed.
It was moved by Steve and seconded by Penny that Paul be elected Vice Chairman. The motion passed.

It was moved by Penny and seconded by Steve that Claire and Paul share the job of Secretary. The motion passed.

County Planner Amy D'Angelo brought us the latest draft of a Town of Ledyard Comprehensive Plan. We reviewed this and made some changes. Before our next meeting, Amy will furnish us with copies of the appendices so that we can individually study this entire draft carefully. It was moved by Claire and seconded by Steve to have a special meeting on Tuesday, February 26 (subject to availability of the room) to further review this draft, with the idea of arriving at our finished document, to be furnished to the Town Board at or before their March meeting. The motion passed.
It was moved by Claire and seconded by Penny to adjourn. The motion passed at 9:14 PM.
