A meeting of the Town of Ledyard Planning Board was held on January 9, 2008, beginning at 7:35 PM.

Those present were Chairman Ronald Buxenbaum, Claire Morehouse, and Paul Simkin.

The minutes of the December 2007 meeting were read. It was moved by Claire, and seconded by Paul that these minutes be approved as read. The motion passed. The Board had been expecting that County Planner Amy D'Angelo would be with us at this meeting, with the latest (and hopefully final) draft of a new Conprehensive Plan, but when Chairman Buxenbaum phoned her a few hours before the meeting, he found that she was unable to be with us. She thought she could be prepared in time to meet with us on January 30, so the Chairman will set up a special meeting for that date.
It was moved by Claire and seconded by Ron that we go back to the schedule of having regular meetings every other month. The motion passed.

At 7:50 PM, it was moved by Claire and seconded by Ron that the meeting be adjourned. The motion passed.
