APPROVE MINUTES: On motion by Jim Frisch, seconded by John Binns, the Minutes for the November 8, 2010 Town Board meeting were approved as submitted.

APPROVE REPORTS: On motion by Jim Frisch, seconded by John Binns, the Supervisor, Clerk, and Code Enforcement Officer reports for November, 2010 were approved as submitted. Councilman Jim Frisch had a question about the Now Account negative balance in the Town Wide General Fund. Supervisor Mark Jordan said he will discuss it with Bookkeeper Dudley Hand.

DOG CONTROL CONTRACT: Tabled until the Organizational Meeting in January, 2011.

END OF YEAR MEETING: The Town of Ledyard End of Year Meeting is scheduled for December 30th, 2010 at 9:00 am at the Ledyard Town Hall.

HIGHWAY REPORT: Superintendent Jim Bailey informed the Town Board that the Industrial Medical Associates DOT Consortium drug testing program has increased prices for 2011.

PAY BILLS: On motion by Jim Frisch, seconded by Paul Hilliard, the bills on abstract #012, #248-273, General Fund A=$5,873.82; B=$48.83; and DB=$11,145.61 were approved for payment.
