APPROVE MINUTES: On motion by Lynn Odell, seconded by Jim Frisch, the minutes for December, 2005 were approved as submitted.

FARMERS MARKET REPORT: Cassie Wilson, Manager of the Southern Cayuga Farmers Market, gave a report on the 2005 Farmers Market. She said it had a slow start because of location and insurance issues. This coming year will be more organized as the insurance rider provided by the Town of Ledyard will allow more farmers to vend and the location will be either at the Long's apple orchard on Rt. 90 or at the Bedlam Nursery on rt. 34B. She is looking for volunteers to help for the 2006 season.
AUDIT OF THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT: Councilman Darwin Snyder audited the Justice Department. Report is enclosed. On motion by Mark Jordan, seconded by Jim Frisch, the Ledyard Town Board approved and accepted the audit report.

PAY BILLS: On motion by Lynn Odell, seconded by Jim Frisch, the bills on Abstract #013, #348-369; General Fund A=$1,929.32; B=$735.99; DA=$8,388.38; DB=$4,323.90 were approved for payment.
