DOG CONTRACT FOR 2011: The Town Board agreed to continue to contract with Carl Collier for dog control in the Town of Ledyard for 2011.
RECORDS DESTRUCTION ACCORDING TO NYS RECORDS RETENTION SCHEDULE: On motion by Bill Heary, seconded by Jim Frisch, the 2002-2004 Clerks, and 2004 Supervisors records designated for destruction in 2011 according to the NYS Records Retention Schedule, shall be destroyed.

CODE ENFORCEMENT: On motion by John Binns, seconded by Jim Frisch, Code Enforcement Officer Brian Hicks will hold office hours for Code Enforcement on Tuesday evenings from 5 pm to 7 pm for the months of January through March 2011.

OLD/NEW BUSINESS: Discussion continued on the Winter's property for sale, adjacent to the Town Hall. Supervisor Mark Jordan informed the Town Board that Historian Judy Furness expressed an interest in having more space to house historical documents and items that are given to the Town for preservation.
PAY BILLS: On motion by Jim Frisch, seconded by John Binns, the bills for abstract #001, #1-11, General Fund A=$10,150.93; B=$1,246.00; DA=$0; DB=$14,904.81 were approved for payment.
