the 2nd Monday of each month
The meeting begins at 7:00 p.m. from November to March, and 7:30 p.m. from April to October

- Town Planning Board Meets
2nd Wednesday of even numbered months at 7:30 p.m.
Location: Ledyard Town Hall, 1099 Poplar Ridge Rd., Aurora, NY
- Assessor's Hours
9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. every 2nd Saturday of the month, and every Saturday in January and February.
- Code Enforcement Officer's Hours
9:30 a.m. -10:30 a.m. every Saturday morning or by appointment by calling The Ledyard Town Hall.
- Ledyard Town Court
Town Justice's hold court every Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall except on the 5th Tuesday of the month. No court will be held on the 5th Tuesday of the month.
- Aurora-Ledyard Fire Commissioners meet every third Tuesday of each month unless otherwise posted. Meeting place is the Aaurora Fire House Meeting Room at 7:00 p.m.
