8-10-HH-1 Authorizing the Chairman of the
Legislature and the Director of Health & Human Services to enter into
contracts with various Clinical Psychologists to conduct clinical parental and
child assessments for child welfare cases. (75% funded)
8-10-HH-2 Authorizing the Chairman of the
legislature and the director of Health & Human Services to accept $12,075
funding from NYS OTDA
8-10-HH-3 Authorizing the Chairman of the
Legislature and the Director of Health & Human Services to enter into
contracts with the State OHS and with Health Research, Inc. (HRI) to accept
funding ($23,626 from State OHS and $59,272 from HRI) for the purpose of Continued
Development of Public Health Preparedness for
8-10-HH-4 To authorize the Chairman of the
Legislature and the Director of Health & Human Services to enter into a
contract with A&E Transport Services, Inc. for transportation of Physically
Handicapped Children (extended summer session for Special Education Classes).
8-10-HH-5 Authorizing the Chairman of the
Legislature and the Director of Health & Human Services to enter into a
contract with the State for Bicycle Helmet Distribution, Safety and pedestrian
Injury Reduction Program.
8-10-HH-6 Authorizing the Chairman of the
Legislature and the Director of Health & Human Services to renew the
agreement with the state to participate in the Youth Tobacco Enforcement and prevention
Program and accept funding.
8-10-HH-7 Authorizing the Chairman of the Legislature, the Administrator
of Cayuga County Nursing Home and the Cayuga County Sheriff to enter into an
agreement with Health Director Pharmacy to provide Pharmacy Services and
consulting Pharmacist Service to the Nursing Home and the Jail.
8-10-HH-8 Authorizing the Administrator of Cayuga County Nursing Home to
replace carpeting at the Nursing Home.
8-10-HH-9 Authorization to create and hire a Social Work Assistant and abolish
a part time Social Work Assistant position and one part time evening Certified
Nursing Assistant at the Cayuga County Nursing Home.

accept a proposal for replacement of mattresses at the Nursing Home.
