4 Report and Approval of Bills Paid by the County Treasurer for Operation of the Senior Nutrition Program in the Office for the Aging.

HUMAN SERVICES:

9-10-HH-1 Authorizing the Chairman of the Legislature and the Director of Health & Human Services to contract with Multiple Service Agencies for the provision of Child Welfare Placement Services.

9-10-HH-2 Authorizing the Director of Health & Human Services to fill a full-time Human Services Position (81.4% funded) in the Support Collection Unit of Human Services.

9-10-HH-3 Authorizing the Director of Health & Human Services to fill a Case Supervisor, Grade B vacancy in the Child Welfare Unit.

HEALTH SERVICES:

9-10-HH-4 Authorizing the County Treasurer to amend the 2010 Cayuga County Health Department budget/transfer funds.

9-10-HH-5 To authorize the Chairman of the Legislature and the director of Health & Human Services to enter into a contract with A&E Transport Services, Inc. and First Transit for transportation of Physically Handicapped Children during 2010-2011 school year.

9-10-HH-6 Authorizing the Chairman of the Legislature and the Director of Health & Human Services to enter into an agreement with the State to participate in the 100% State Funded Drinking Water Program Enhancement Grant and to authorize the Cayuga county Treasurer to amend the 2010 Health Department Budget to accept funding.

9-10-HH-7 Authorizing the Chairman of the Legislature and the Director of Health & Human Services to renew the contract with HRI to continue the Integrated Cancer Services Program.

9-10-HH-7A (Inadvertently left off agenda) Authorizing the Chairman of the Legislature and the Director of Health and Human Services to enter into a contract with the State to accept 100% funded Early Intervention Administration Grant.

NURSING HOME:

9-10-HH-8 Authorization to adjust the salary of the position of a Supervising Nurse at the Cayuga County Nursing Home.

9-10-HH-9 Authorizing the Chairman of the Legislature and the Administrator of Cayuga County Nursing Home to enter into an agreement with global Payments for Credit Card Payments.

9-10-HH-10 Authorizing the Treasurer of Cayuga County to amend the budget of the Cayuga county Nursing Home to reflect the effect of additional Rehabilitation Services.

9-10-HH-11 Authorizing the Administrator of the Cayuga County Nursing Home to accept a proposal for a snow push blade at the Nursing Home.

MENTAL HEALTH:

9-10-HH-12 Authorizing the Director of Community Mental Health Services to accept a grant from the Allyn Foundation.
