HEALTH & HUMANS SERVICES:

7-10-HH-1       Authorizing the Director of Health & Human Services to fill a Caseworker vacancy in the Child Protective Unit of Human Services due to resignation of incumbent. (75% funded)

 

7-10-HH-2       Authorizing the Chairman of the Legislature and the Director of Health & Human Services to enter into a contract with Cayuga Home for Children for the provision of Preventive Respite and Child Welfare.

 

7-10-HH-3       Authorizing the Chairman of the Legislature and the Director of Health & Human Services to enter into a contract with Cayuga Counseling Services, Inc. for the provision of Community, Detention or Respite based Mental Health Diagnostic Assessments to children and to make recommendations for treatment.

 

7-10-HH-4       Authorizing the Chairman of the Legislature and the Director of Health & Human Services to accept WIC award and contract with the NYS Department of Health.

7-10-PW-2       Authorizing the purchase of four computers and monitors for Cayuga County Parks and Trails.

 

7-10-PW-3       (Revised 7-14-10) Authorizing the Superintendant of Buildings and Grounds to approve the purchasing of furniture for the Mental Health building project Capital H 08-01.

7-10-JP-4         Authorizing the Sheriff of Cayuga County to Transfer Monies from the Sheriff’s Custody Professional Service Budget Line (A31504 54059) to the Sheriff’s 2010 Law Enforcement Equipment Budget Line (A31102 52000) and the Sheriff’s 2010 Custody Computer Support Budget Line (A31504 54019)

 

7-10-JP-5         Authorization to Change a Title Only within the Law Enforcement Division (Marine Unit) of the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office.

 

7-10-JP-6         (Revised 7-21-10) Authorize the Sheriff to Fill Two Vacant Custody Officer Positions in the Custody Division of the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office.

 

7-10-JP-7         Authorization to Create 15 New Positions within the Law Enforcement Division (Marine Unit) of the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office, Reduce 15 Deputy Sheriff (Navigation) Seasonal Positions and Set the Pay Rate for Said New Positions.
