More About Employment and Training Services: The Cayuga County Employment and Training Department provides the following services and programs: Classroom Training   provides vocational education in demand occupations at aarea Vocational and Educational Centers. This program provides tuition and supportive services to eligible participants. On-the-Job Training    provides an opportunity to "learn while you earn". Area employers train eligible participants at their place of business and participants are paid by the employer while they are trained in their career interest area. Funding is provided by the Workforce Investment Act.
