Notice of Public Hearing on 2020 Preliminary Budget
Notice is hereby given that the Preliminary Budget of the Town of Niles, as prepared by the Town Supervisor and Town Bookkeeper, for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2020 is now filed in the office of the Town Clerk at the Niles Town Hall where it is available for inspection by any interested person during normal office hours.
Further Notice is hereby given that the Niles Town Board will hold a Public Hearing at the Niles Town Hall on said Preliminary Budget, November 14, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. All persons shall be heard at that time. Pursuant to Section 108 of Town Law, The proposed salaries of the following Town Officials are herby specified:
Town Supervisor $13,297.00
Councilperson $13,297 (4 @ $3,324.25)
Town Clerk and Tax Receiver $15,916.00
Town Justice $5,874.00
Highway Superintendent $55,960.00
