PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Niles Board passed a resolution at the April 8, 2021 regular meeting for the replacement of the 2019 Caterpillar 938M loader with a 2021 Caterpillar 938M loader, NYS Contract #PC66988, spec’ed the same with coupler and 3.5 general purpose bucket. The Net Trade Difference between the machines is $31,228. All of the funds to purchase the loader will come from the H2-230 (Capital Highway Equipment Reserve) account. This purchase is subject to a 30-day permissive referendum.
