Mental Wellness Night at the YMCA

The Cayuga County Community Mental Health Center, Families Access to Support Team, Mental Health Task Force & YMCA will be hosting a Mental Wellness Night. A panel discussion will be held spotlighting youth and family mental well being. Speaker for the panel discussion will be Christina Besecker, Youth Peer Advocate at Cayuga Centers. Many community agencies will be present with resources and information.
