Submit an Ethics Complaint

The Board of Ethics will review all complaints that address a possible Ethics Code violation. Pursuant to the Code of Ethics, any such complaint about an actual or potential violation must be in writing, be signed, and include a contact address and any available phone number and email address. The complainant is to be notified that it has been received within five business days. All such complaints and allegations will remain confidential.
